All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you via email.

🌎 International Shipping
We currently ship to most countries worldwide.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by local authorities.
Customs policies vary by country, and HAPPY PETS™ has no control over these charges.
📍 Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to become available after shipment.
📬 Incorrect Address Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information during checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, we may contact you to verify the information. Delays caused by incorrect shipping details are the responsibility of the customer.
If an order has already been shipped, we may not be able to modify the delivery address.
📦 Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
While we work with trusted shipping partners, HAPPY PETS™ is not responsible for:
- Carrier delays
- Customs delays
- Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
- Delays caused by weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events
If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
❌ Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, cancellation requests may no longer be possible.
