Refund policy

At Avélisse, customer satisfaction is important to us. This policy is designed to be fair while protecting against misuse.


Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Must include original packaging
  • Proof of purchase required

Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.


Return Authorization (Required)

To initiate a return, email support@avelissewear.com with:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photo (if applicable)

We will provide return instructions within 1–2 business days.


Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Personalized/custom-made items
  • Items marked Final Sale
  • Gift cards

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Provide:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos/video evidence

We will offer:

  • Free replacement, or
  • Full refund (no return required)

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only after inspection of returned items (if applicable).

If approved:

  • Refund will be sent to original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days

We reserve the right to deny refunds if returned items do not meet our conditions.


Return Shipping

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

For approved defect claims, we cover all costs.


Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase only.

After this period, orders enter processing and cannot be canceled.


Delivery Issues (Important)

We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
  • Unclaimed packages
  • Carrier-related delays outside our control

If a package is returned to us, we can:

  • Reship (customer pays shipping), or
  • Issue partial refund (excluding shipping)

Chargebacks & Disputes

Before opening a dispute with PayPal or your bank, please contact us at support@avelissewear.com.

We are committed to resolving issues quickly.
Unnecessary chargebacks may result in order blocking or account restrictions.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your card issuer (processing delays may occur)
  3. Then contact us at support@avelissewear.com
